The five tracks on this EP follow light from “Sunrise” to the “Afterglow” of sunset, drawing upon the themes of nature and the cyclical pattern of life. The album tells a story about setting intentions at the beginning of each day, enduring obstacles, acknowledging conflicting emotions, overcoming grief, and finding light by the day’s end. The trajectory of one full day is a metaphor for our everyday life; the circular pattern of sunrise to sunset. The album serves as a reflection of emotions that we all experience.
